DUALITY // Official Lore Cinematic - VALORANT

Towards the end of last year I got to co-lead with the ever wonderful Stefan Bernscherer here at Axis Studios for Projections on the Duality cinematic for Valorant by Riot Games.

Planning and approach for painting up the backgrounds, DMP pipeline development, into bridging with the ever wonderful 2D painter team lead by Anastasia Shiyankova, and finally bringing the painted backgrounds back together to hand off to the compositors for integrating with characters.

This time around towards the end of the project I jumped back into painting duties too, sprucing some shots up a little, and covering the painted elements for the final planet shots at the end of the piece.
